Terms of Service
These Terms govern your order and use of Harmonic Earthwalk, a service of Spiral Return LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email remember@spiralreturn.com.
1. The service
Harmonic Earthwalk creates personalized digital reports based on your birth date, time, and place, grounded in geography and Earth's natural fields. The reports are reflective and educational.
2. Not professional advice
The reports are for reflection and education only. They are not medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for professional care. Make decisions about your health, finances, or wellbeing with a qualified professional.
3. Our reports and pricing
We offer two digital reports: Your Embodied Cartography ($400) and Embodied Cartography + Global Map ($800). Everything is digital; there is nothing physical to ship. Prices are in US dollars. Each report includes a 60-minute one-to-one video session with Moon.
4. How ordering works
You give your birth details and choose a report, then pay securely through Stripe's hosted checkout page. Right after payment, you return to our site to answer a few short insight questions, and to name your locations if you ordered Your Embodied Cartography. Every report includes a 60-minute one-to-one video session with Moon over Google Meet. The scheduling link is sent with your order confirmation, and sessions are available on weekdays, from 72 hours after your order. Moon personally reviews and prepares every report before it is delivered by email on the morning of your session.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.
6. Your information must be accurate
Your report depends on an accurate birth date, time, and place. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. An inaccurate birth time in particular can affect the reading.
7. Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final. Because your report is personally prepared for you and the work to create it is completed after your purchase, we do not offer refunds. Questions about your order are always welcome at remember@spiralreturn.com.
8. Intellectual property
Your report is prepared for your personal use. The methods, templates, and materials behind it remain the property of Spiral Return LLC and may not be resold or redistributed.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We prepare each report with care, but we do not warrant any particular result, outcome, or interpretation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiral Return LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your report.
11. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
