Harmonic Earthwalk is a service of Spiral Return LLC, owned by Moon Tucker. We create personalized digital reports. You can reach us any time at remember@spiralreturn.com.
What we collect
- Your contact details — your name and email address.
- Your birth details — your date, exact time, and place of birth, and your current city of residence. Your report is built from these.
- The places you name — the locations you enter, along with any dates and notes you choose to add.
- Your reflections — the optional questions you answer about your life and body.
- Payment — your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and never touch our website or servers. We receive only a confirmation that your payment succeeded.
How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your personalized report.
- To contact you about your order, and to send your report and any scheduling link for a consultation.
- To operate and improve the service.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How your information is shared
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers, and only to run the service: Stripe (to process payment), a maps and geocoding provider (to turn a place name into coordinates), our hosting provider, and an email provider (to deliver your report). Each one handles your information only to perform its function for us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your birth and personal details stay private
Moon personally prepares each report. Your birth details and everything you share stay private, and are never shared or published.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to prepare, deliver, and support your report. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing remember@spiralreturn.com.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by us.
Children
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
